Activated dried yeast with a blend of yeast nutrients, vitamins and three minerals.

A breakthrough in Turbo Yeast development making it possible to produce "triple distilled" quality alcohol at home.  Pure Turbo Yeast should be used where ultimate alcohol quality is of primary importance.

Pure is more sensitive than any other Turbo Yeast.  If you have trouble keeping the temperatures below 24°C (75°F), we recommend using another Still Spirits Turbo Yeast.

To make real commercial quality spirits both Turbo Carbon and Turbo Clear must be used.

Turbo Carbon contains fermentation absorbents such as activated carbons that absorb impurities during fermentation.  Turbo Clear must be added after fermentation and the wash racked before distillation otherwise impurities first trapped by the absorbents will be released by into the alcohol during the boil.  Further quality benefits are also possible using Turbo Sugar instead of regular sucrose.
