Omega Yeast OYL024 Belgian Ale A
Details
Belgian Ale A is thought to originate from a Wallonian brewery whose reputation is much larger than the small village in which its located. This strain possesses a remarkably high flocculence for a Belgian yeast and very popular as a Belgian house strain. It is brewery friendly, crops easily, and has a well-rounded flavor profile with balanced fruitiness and phenolics. Expect a higher ester expression the higher you take the fermentation temp.
Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You Might Also Like" section.
