These Sweet Orange Peels are perfect for brewing and will not give you that metallic off-flavor. Instead, these sweet orange peels have an impact more like the flavor of Grand Marinier. Great for that added depth in Belgians, strong ales, and your special holiday beer. 

Add about 1/2 ounce per 5 gallons for the last 15 minutes of the boil. Can be combined with Paradise seed and Honey for added depth.
