The stainless steel Bucha Tank is purpose-built for kombucha fermentations. It features a removable dust cover and cloth-lined lid so your SCOBY gets all the oxygen it needs to keep it happy, healthy and fermenting away. The acidic nature of kombucha fermentation can lead to corrosion or leeching in other vessels, but you won't run into those issues with the Bucha Tank thanks to the 100% stainless steel interior and stainless steel spigot. Perfect for the continuous brew method, the spigot will allow you to transfer out your finished batch without disturbing your culture. Simply fill the tank back up with fresh tea and keep the booch coming!

Please note that with the spigot in place the spout dips below the bottom of the tank itself. We highly recommend using the Bucha Tank with the available support stand, or plan to use the tank on a benchtop or other raised surface.
