It consists of water resistant shell and thick closed cell foam insulation. Designed and built to ensure trouble free, reliable performance. -(Dimensions:- 14.25-D x 19-H) Cooling Jacket:--A patent pending design specifically made for home brewing and wine making.- Designed to allow accurate and reliable fermentation temperature control.--The flexible Cooling Jacket has over 300 square inches of cooling surface to make sure your fermenter stays nice and cool, and it-totally encloses the cooling fluids so a heating element can also be used.
