Details
Machine for the crushing and processing of fruits without kernel, perfect for apples. The biggest hand-operated machine in all of Grifo’s production.
Made of a stainless-steel hopper and an enameled steel stretcher. A fly-wheel allows the manual use: its rotatory movement is transferred to all the gears, and the stainless-steel knives quickly crush and press fruit. Composed by nylon rollers with stainless-steel teeth which are adjustable by a few millimeters.
