We use Warthog Wheat, an heirloom variety hard red wheat from our Central New York grower. Use as part or all of the base malt for wheat beer. Offers a distinctive New York terroir with wheat flour flavor. Improves head retention in any beer. Our wheat malt performs well in both brewing and distilling applications.
